Do you need to find a new Rental Properties Auckland? Oaks Property Management is the best place to look because of the wide range of properties we have available and the level of service we offer.

This step-by-step guide outlines the process you must follow to rent one of our properties. This Guideline will help you to find Rental Properties Auckland.

Step 1 – Find Rental Properties Auckland

This step starts with viewing the properties we have available. You will find details of them all on our website.

Once you find a property you might be interested in, you should contact us to arrange a viewing. You can do this over the phone or online. If you can’t view the property in person you should still contact us so we can do a video walk through. We can’t rent you a property until we have shown it to you, online or in person. This is because we want to make sure the property is right for you.

    Step 2 – Apply

Once you have found a property you want to rent you will need to submit a tenant application form. You can do this online and the process is as quick and easy as possible. It will take you about 15 minutes.

You will need to provide ID, but you can scan the ID or take a photo of it on your phone before attaching it to your application.

It is also important you complete each section of the application in full, accurately, and honestly. We will process your tenant application once we receive it, including performing background and credit checks.
